Massage Therapy

 Cheryl Lady is certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork.  She is a licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Missouri.  She graduated from Massage Therapy Training Institute in Kansas City in 2008, and is a member of the Associate of Bodywork & Massage Professionals.

Cheryl has taken courses in Advandced Esalen Massage, body patterning, orthopedic massage, and assisted stretching.  She also has continued her education by becoming a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner.

Cherly enjoys volunteering at local sporting events and likes to provide chair massages at corporate events.  She customizes every massage to meet her clients needs every time.  She also integrates massage tools such as hot stones, stretching, myofascial release, cupping and kinesio taping.
